Mermaid Lagoon offers UK wide and international shipping. During these uncertain times we have found that Royal Mail postal delivery times can be a tad delayed in some circumstances. If you haven't received your treasures within an 7 working day period (UK) and 14 working days (Rest of World) from receiving your dispatch email from us please do get in touch and we will look into this for you. We track each item and are able to provide tracking details on request. We always try to dispatch treasures within 24hrs of the order being placed. Although we always try to dispatch orders on the same day in some cases this isn't always possible as each treasure is handmade to order. Estimated postage time will be from date of dispatch.

Please note: There may be additional taxes and/or customs charges in some cases when ordering to EU & international countries. Sadly this is something that is unfortunately out of our control and these possible extra fees are not included in our shipping costs at checkout. Fees/customs charges are dependant on your order and country. If you do have fees that are due, it is best to pay these as soon as possible so that you avoid your order being returned back to us.
